About

I’ve coached strength since 2016, out of Nampa, Idaho.

Nomad Strength started because most coaching treats you like a competitor training for a meet, or like a beginner who can’t be trusted with a barbell. Most of us are neither. We’re adults with jobs, kids, and a weekend we’d like to spend outside without our backs quitting on us.

My job is simple: get you strong enough that your body stops being the thing that holds you back, and build it in a way that survives a busy week. No fads, no shame, no ten-page spreadsheets you’ll abandon by Thursday.

The same thinking runs through the podcast. On the Nomad Strength Show I sit down with fitness experts, backcountry hunters, and business owners to talk about health, strength, and the kind of personal development that shows up in how you live. Faith and time in the outdoors are part of that for me, so they’re part of the conversation too. Strength was never only about the barbell.
